After years of working in the disability sector, we recognized a clear gap in the services being offered. That’s when AusDream Disability Care was created — to bridge the gap, to empower and to be the difference.
We believe in care that is not only professional, but also personal. Our approach is Person Centre Support, Participatory care, holistic, responsive, and designed around the goals, preferences, and aspirations of our participants.
