About Us

Idris brings a wealth of experience, compassion, and leadership to his role as the Director and Founder of AusDream Disability Care. Idris passion for health and community wellbeing led him to pursue advanced studies and hands-on experience in the disability and health sectors.
Holding three degrees, including a Master of Public Health (Advanced) from Torrens University, alongside a Certificate IV in Disability Support and Diploma Mental Health, Idris has built a career that bridges clinical knowledge, public health expertise, and person-centred disability support. His professional journey spans roles as a Senior Laboratory Technologist and Assistant Medical Director in oversea, to leadership positions in Australia, including Operations and Participant Experience Manager, Support Coordinator and Health and Welfare Organisation manager. Idris is committed to driving positive change and delivering quality outcomes for participants.
His experience covers diverse areas: Public Health, Epidemiology, consultancy, disability support, aged care, mental health, participant coordination, research, and leadership. Idris has worked closely with participants, families, allied health professionals, and community organisations to ensure people living with disabilities receive holistic, empowering, and culturally inclusive support.

At the heart of his work is a simple yet powerful belief: “It costs nothing to be kind.” Through AusDream Disability Care, Idris channels his expertise, empathy, and vision to create opportunities for NDIS participants to live safe, fulfilling, and empowered lives.
